Done-with-you service
Your Nusuk registration, completed in one live session
Book a video call with someone who works inside the Nusuk platform every week. We guide, you type — and you leave with a verified account, a completed profile and an approved photo.
- Everything handled in one sitting — account, email verification, profile, passport upload, photo.
- You stay in control — your email, your password, your device. We never store credentials.
- Photo compliance included — if your photo fails the strict 200×200 rules, we fix it during the call with NusukPhotos at no extra cost.
- Written next steps — after the call you get a short, personal summary: what’s done, what’s pending, what to watch for.
Who books this
Made for the moments people get stuck
First-time pilgrims
You’ve never touched Nusuk and don’t want to learn it by trial and error weeks before travel.
Families helping parents
Registering elderly parents remotely — we run a calm, unhurried session with them (and you) on the call.
The photo-rejected
Third rejection this week? We end the photo battle in one call, guaranteed compliant.
The nearly-there
Stuck at "Under Verification", OTP loops or "Something went wrong" — we diagnose exactly where it’s jammed.
The session
What the hour looks like
A real agenda, not a sales script. We’ve run this session enough times to know where every minute goes.
-
Before we meet
Your confirmation email lists exactly what to prepare: passport, email access, phone, and visa details if you’re using the Nusuk app. Two minutes of prep saves twenty on the call.
-
First 10 minutes — diagnose
We confirm which platform you actually need (Nusuk app vs. Nusuk Hajj), check your country’s route, and look at anything you’ve already tried.
-
The core — register together
Account creation, email codes, password (you type it — we look away), profile, passport scan, personal details. We know every field and every error message.
-
Photo, checks and family
We validate your photo against the real specs — 200×200, pure white, under 18KB — fixing it live if needed, then add family members if you have them.
-
Wrap-up — your written plan
You get a short summary: what’s verified, what’s pending review, when package or permit windows open, and what to do if the status changes.
Straight answers
What we can’t do — said out loud
A credible service is honest about its limits. Three things no one can sell you, whatever they claim:
- We can’t guarantee Hajj selection or visa approval. Those decisions belong to the Saudi authorities alone. Anyone promising otherwise is lying to you.
- We can’t conjure slots or packages. What we do is make sure you’re fully prepared the second they open — which is what actually improves your odds.
- We won’t register "secretly" on your behalf. The Ministry warns against unauthorized intermediaries, and so do we. You’re on the call, in control, always.

Service questions, answered
How long does the session take?
Usually 45–60 minutes. Straightforward cases are faster; tricky ones (verification delays, photo rejections, family members) can take longer — we stay until it’s done or we’ve hit something only the authorities can resolve, and we never charge extra for overrunning.
What should I have ready before the call?
Your passport, access to the email account you want to use, your phone, and — if you’re registering in the Nusuk app with an existing visa — your visa or border number. For Nusuk Hajj we’ll also want your proof of residence document. We send this list again in your booking confirmation.
Can you just do it for me, without a call?
No — and be wary of anyone who says yes. The Saudi Ministry of Hajj and Umrah warns that no intermediaries are authorized to register on pilgrims’ behalf, and handing your identity documents and passwords to a stranger is how people get scammed. Our service is done with you: you’re on the call, your hands on your accounts, an expert guiding every click. It’s just as fast — and it’s safe.
Nusuk app or hajj.nusuk.sa — which one do I need?
They’re different things, and we sort this out in the first minutes of the call. The Nusuk app (nusuk.sa) is for Umrah and Rawdah permits once you have a visa. hajj.nusuk.sa is where pilgrims from serviced countries register for Hajj itself. Booked the session for the wrong one? No problem — the session covers whichever you actually need.
Can you register my whole family?
Yes — Nusuk Hajj lets one account manage up to seven or eight family members (the exact limit can vary by season), and adding them is part of the session. For bigger groups, or elderly parents who need their own unhurried session, mention it in the booking notes and we’ll plan the time properly.
How do I pay, and when?
The session is $75 USD, paid securely by card when your booking is confirmed. You’ll receive a receipt by email. We never ask for payment inside the call, and we never ask you to pay "registration fees" — registration on the official platform is free.
What if I need to reschedule?
Life happens — reschedule free of charge up to 12 hours before your session by replying to your confirmation email. Less than 12 hours’ notice, we’ll still do our best to find you a new slot.
What exactly does the refund promise cover?
If the session doesn’t take place, or we can’t complete your registration together for a reason on our side, you get a full refund — no forms, no fuss. What it can’t cover are decisions that belong to the Saudi authorities: visa approvals, Hajj selection, or slot availability. We’re always upfront about that line before you pay.
