Terms of service

1. Who and what

These terms govern the services offered on nusukservices.com ("we", "us") — an independent assistance service. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or acting for the Saudi Ministry of Hajj and Umrah, nusuk.sa or any government body. Registration on the official Nusuk platforms is free of charge; our fee pays for personal assistance only.

2. The service

The "registration session" is a live, one-to-one video call (typically 45–60 minutes) in which we guide you through registration and related tasks on the official Nusuk platforms, on your own devices and accounts. It includes a photo compliance check (with fixing where needed), help adding family members where applicable, and a short written summary afterwards. You remain in control of your accounts and credentials at all times; we do not accept custody of passwords or identity documents.

3. Booking, payment, rescheduling

• The session price is $75 USD, payable by card via Stripe after we confirm your requested time. A booking is final once paid.
• You may reschedule free of charge up to 12 hours before the session. With less notice we'll still try to find a new slot in good faith.
• You may cancel any time before the session starts for a full refund.

4. Our refund promise

If the session does not take place, or we cannot complete your registration together for a reason within our control, we refund the full fee. The promise does not cover outcomes decided by third parties — see section 5.

5. What we cannot promise

Decisions on visas, verification, Hajj selection, permits, slot or package availability, and pricing on the official platforms rest solely with the Saudi authorities and providers. We make no guarantee of any official outcome, and nothing on this site is legal, immigration or religious advice. Platform rules and screens change between seasons; our guides describe them in good faith as at the date shown on each guide.

6. Your responsibilities

• Provide accurate information, and have the required documents ready for your session.
• Keep your own credentials safe — we will never ask for them, and you should refuse anyone who does.
• Use the service for yourself or people who have asked you to help them (for example, family members).

7. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim connected to the service is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

8. Content and intellectual property

The guides and materials on this site are ours (or used with permission from our sister sites) and are provided for personal use. "Nusuk" refers to the official Saudi platform; its name and marks belong to their respective owners and are used here only to describe what our assistance relates to.

9. Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of Norway. We'd genuinely rather fix a problem than argue about it — write to salam@nusukservices.com first and we will.

10. Changes

We may update these terms; the date above reflects the current version. Sessions already booked are honoured under the terms in force when they were booked.
