The short version

We collect the minimum needed to arrange your session, use it only for that, share it only with the processors that make the service run (hosting, scheduling, payments), keep it briefly, and never sell it. Your passport and passwords stay with you — we don't collect them at all.

Who we are

Nusuk Services (https://nusukservices.com) is an independent assistance service for pilgrims using the official Nusuk platform. For anything in this policy, contact salam@nusukservices.com. We act as the data controller for the information described below.

What we collect, and why

  • Booking & contact form data — name, email, optional WhatsApp number, timezone, preferred times, and anything you write in the notes. Used solely to arrange and deliver your session or answer your message. Legal basis: performance of a contract (or steps prior to one).
  • Payment data — payments are processed by Stripe. We see that you paid and receive a receipt reference; we never see or store your card number.
  • Session content — sessions are not recorded. Documents you show on screen (such as your passport) stay on your device and are not captured or stored by us. We do not ask for, receive or store account passwords.
  • Technical data — our hosting provider keeps standard, short-lived server logs (IP address, request time) for security. We have installed no analytics or advertising trackers on this site.

Who processes data on our behalf

  • Netlify — website hosting and form handling.
  • Stripe — payment processing.
  • Cal.com — scheduling, if you book through the embedded calendar.
  • Our email provider — for confirmations and correspondence.

Each processes data under its own GDPR-compliant terms. Some are based outside the EEA; transfers rely on standard contractual clauses or equivalent safeguards.

How long we keep it

Booking and correspondence data is deleted no later than 12 months after your session or last contact, unless bookkeeping law requires us to keep payment records longer. You can ask for earlier deletion at any time.

Your rights

Under the GDPR (and similar laws) you can ask for access, correction, deletion, restriction or a portable copy of your data, and object to processing. Email salam@nusukservices.com and we'll act on it promptly. You may also complain to your local data-protection authority.

Cookies

This site sets no tracking cookies of its own. If you use the embedded booking calendar, Cal.com may set cookies strictly needed for scheduling to work.

Children

Our service is for adults arranging pilgrimages. When parents register family members during a session, the parent provides that information within their own Nusuk account — we don't collect or store it.

Changes

If this policy changes, the date above changes with it, and material changes are flagged on this page.

Nusuk Services is an independent assistance service. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or acting on behalf of the Saudi Ministry of Hajj and Umrah, nusuk.sa, or any government body. Registration on the official Nusuk platform is free of charge — our fee covers personal, one-to-one assistance only. Official decisions (visas, permits, Hajj selection) always rest with the Saudi authorities.
