FAQ
Ask us anything — here’s a head start.

The service & booking
What exactly do I get for $75?
One live 1:1 video session (usually 45–60 minutes) where we complete your Nusuk registration together — account, email verification, profile, passport upload and a compliant photo (fixed live with NusukPhotos if needed, at no extra cost) — plus a short written summary of what’s done and what happens next.
How do bookings and timezones work?
You pick a time on the booking page and every time you see is your local time — we convert automatically, daylight-saving included. Our daily window is 09:00–22:00 Central European time, which covers mornings in the Americas and evenings in Asia and Australia.
When do I pay?
After we confirm your slot by email, you receive a secure card-payment link (processed by Stripe). Your session is locked in once paid. We never take payment inside the call and never ask for money by other channels.
Can I reschedule or cancel?
Reschedule free up to 12 hours before the session by replying to your confirmation email. Cancel before the session and you get a full refund.
What languages do you speak?
Sessions are held in English, Norwegian or Urdu. Mention your preference in the booking notes and we’ll match you where we can.
Can you handle my whole family in one session?
Usually yes — Nusuk Hajj lets one account manage the family (commonly up to seven members plus you), and adding them is part of the session. For large groups or elderly relatives who need their own pace, say so in the notes and we’ll plan enough time.
Trust & security
Are you the official Nusuk platform?
No. We are an independent assistance service with no affiliation to the Saudi Ministry of Hajj and Umrah or nusuk.sa. The official platforms are nusuk.sa, umrah.nusuk.sa and hajj.nusuk.sa — and registering there is free. We sell expert help, openly and separately.
Do you ever need my passwords?
Never. You create your accounts and type your passwords yourself — on your device, in your hands. We guide by video and, only if you ask, look at your screen while you share it. We store no credentials and record nothing.
What happens to the personal data I share?
The minimum needed to run your session (name, email, booking details) is handled under our privacy policy, GDPR-style: used only for the session, never sold, deleted when no longer needed. Documents like your passport stay on your device — we see them on screen during the call, and that’s it.
How do I know this isn’t a scam?
Healthy skepticism is exactly right in this niche. Judge us the way we’d tell you to judge anyone: we tell you the platform is free before you pay us; we refuse to take your passwords; we publish a refund promise; our sister projects NusukPhotos and NusukGuide have public track records; and you pay by card through Stripe, which gives you buyer protection we can’t touch.
Nusuk & Hajj
Is creating a Nusuk account free?
Yes — account creation and application submission are free on both the Nusuk app and hajj.nusuk.sa. You pay only when booking an actual Hajj package (from your in-platform e-wallet) or paid services. Anyone charging a "platform registration fee" is either selling assistance or scamming.
Which countries use hajj.nusuk.sa?
Countries without a traditional national Hajj mission — including the USA, Canada, the UK, most of Europe and Australia. The serviced-countries list is set each season; check the live list on hajj.nusuk.sa.
Can you guarantee I get selected for Hajj?
No — and no one can. The platform itself states that registration does not mean acceptance. What preparation does is make sure you’re verified, funded and ready the moment packages open, which is the part you can control.
How long does Nusuk Hajj verification take?
From about 24 hours to several weeks, depending on volume. Rejections come with an emailed reason — fix it (photos are the usual culprit) and you return to the queue.
Rawdah & photos
How much does a Rawdah permit cost?
Nothing — Rawdah permits are free in the official Nusuk app. Booking help is what services like ours provide; the permit itself never costs money. See our Rawdah guide for the full process, including the 48-hour confirmation rule.
How often can I visit the Rawdah?
Advance bookings have historically been limited to once every 365 days, while the "Instant Track" permit (for visitors near the mosque, since January 2025) can allow additional visits. Rules are tuned between seasons — the app is the final word for your account.
What are the Nusuk photo requirements?
Exactly 200×200 pixels, JPG, pure white background, face centred and filling 70–80% of the frame, at a small file size (commonly 5–18KB). Full details and fixes in our photo guide.
My photo keeps getting rejected — what’s the fastest fix?
NusukPhotos — upload any decent portrait and it returns a compliant 200×200 file in minutes for $4.99, with an acceptance guarantee. If you book a registration session, the photo fix is included.
