Nusuk Services grew out of two sister projects: NusukPhotos, the tool that fixes rejected Nusuk photos, and NusukGuide, a free multilingual guide to the Nusuk app. Between them, we've spent years answering one kind of message: “I'm stuck — can you just help me do it?”

This site is that help, made properly: a live, one-to-one session where we go through your Nusuk registration together, plus free guides for everyone who'd rather do it themselves. Sessions are held in English, Norwegian, Urdu — by people who work inside these platforms every single week.

Why we charge for something that’s free

Let's say it plainly, because this niche is full of people who won't: the official Nusuk platform is free. Creating an account costs nothing. Rawdah permits cost nothing. What we charge $75 for is the same thing a good tutor charges for — time, experience and a calm hour where someone who has done this hundreds of times sits with you until it's done. If you don't need us, our guides are free and we'll happily tell you so.

What we are — and what we are not

• We are an independent assistance service: guidance, troubleshooting and done-with-you registration on your own devices and accounts.
• We are not affiliated with the Saudi Ministry of Hajj and Umrah, nusuk.sa or any government body — and we'll never pretend otherwise.
• We are not a travel agency or visa broker. We don't sell packages, visas, permits or "guaranteed" Hajj spots. Nobody can — official decisions rest with the Saudi authorities.
• We will never ask you to hand over your passwords, register "secretly" on your behalf, or pay fees the platform doesn't charge. The Ministry warns against unauthorized intermediaries; so do we, loudly.

How we work — the amanah standard

Helping someone toward Hajj or Umrah is an amanah — a trust. In practice that means: you type your own passwords while we look away; screen-sharing happens only with your consent; nothing is recorded; whatever you share is handled under our privacy policy and deleted when it's no longer needed; and if we can't complete your session, you get your money back without a fight.
